34 ounce schooners, wait I'll say it again. 34 ounce schooners. For the unitiated a schooner is akin to a peronal pitcher and at the Thirsty Isle you can pick one up for slighly more than you'd pay for a pint in Hollywood. If that wasn't enough (though it should be) the beer selection is fantastic with all the usual domestic suspects and some great microbrews like Fat Tire to boot. The bartenders are friendly and the kitchen stays open till eleven. In the back you'll find pool darts and shuffleboard along with a couple classic arcade games. The only downside is it's beer only, but with a schooner in your hand who's complaining...

jukebox: internet jukebox, so the sky's the limit
crowd: a melting pot of drinkers
bartenders: friendly enough
on tap: no liquor, but a great beer selection
Your wallet: go ahead and buy a round, but hit the ATM ‘cause it’s cash only
