Once a cop bar, this revitalized nightspot can only be described as a pseudo dive. Gone is the bad lighting and side room dance floor. Now candles backlight a well decorated bar trying to keep its edge. Hell they even take credit cards now. Prices have gone up and the crowd is decidedly less punk and more hipster these days(amazing what a mention in the Weekly will do for you). Still, the well stocked juke box and cute girls with ink draw me back whenever I’m in the neighborhood.
