Tucked away in the parking lot behind the Oyster House on Moorpark sits the Concrete Beach. A smoking lounge for the restaurant, it also stands alone as it’s own bar. Walk inside and you’ll be protected from the elements by a securely tied down tarp roof… The bar is tiny, but tables dot the room and you can order food from a waitress or just walk up and ask Bob at the bar. Chances are you’ll be greeted with a joke, and if you encourage him you’ll be hearing them all night. At the Beach you can expect good stiff drinks a low key vibe and a fair dose of innappropriate humor. Just what you’d expect from a bar run by a guy from Buffalo…
